IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION

Guests (Non-OSU Faculty, Staff & Students) 

Beginning March 1st, 2026, CampusParc has mandated that the 4-H Center transition from paper passes to its Offstreet web platform for guest (non-OSU faculty, staff & student) parking. 

When instructing your guests on how to park in the 4-H Center and Bill Davis parking lots,  please be sure to include the following steps: 

Park your vehicle in either lot 

• Visit go.osu.edu/4hpass 
• Input your license plate number and state (If using a personal device, you can save your vehicle for future visits) 
• Type in the current 4-digit code The 4-digit Offstreet code for your guests will be: 2675
• Type in your first and last name 
• Click done. You will be registered to park for the rest of the day.

We strongly suggest that you ask your guests to take a picture or write down their plate number in advance of their visit to make the Offstreet registration process a bit easier to complete.  

Parking via Offstreet is validated for the day and can only be done the day of the event.  

We have attached a QR code linking to the Offstreet portal in case you would like to use it for your materials. 

CampusParc's license plate scanning technology is able to confirm whether or not those utilizing Offstreet are OSU faculty, staff or students, so please only share Offstreet instructions if your guests have a legitimate use case for them.
